Location/Directions to Palace Theater From the north: Take I-93 south to I-293 south. Take Exit 6 (Amoskeag Bridge) from I-293 south. After crossing the Merrimack River and Canal Street, turn right (south) onto Route 3 (Elm Street). Drive approximately 0.7 miles and turn left onto Amherst Street, followed by quick rights onto Chestnut Street and Hanover Street.. The Palace Theater is less than a block away on the left of Hanover Street. From the south: Take the Everett Turnpike or I-93 north to I-293. Drive north on I-293 to Exit 5 (Granite Street). Turn right onto Granite Street, and, two blocks later, left onto Route 3 (Elm Street). Drive approximately 0.3 miles and turn right onto Amherst Street, then proceed as above
